The location was convenient from the airport. Loved the easy beach access.
The customer service could need improvement especially in the dining. The staff appeared inattentive to customer.

The area around safe and nice. Good for Kitesurfing
1. do not take the taxi with the Hotel Assistance/ Manager. They charge us 160$ for transport from Mombasa to Hotel once average price is 100$ - 120$. The car they sent to pick up us has no proper working air condition so 2,5 hours sweating in 35C
2. no internet access in the room (we were in 744)
3. no hot water so every day you need to take the shower in cold
4. it is not possible to close the doors from toilet so hope you travel single
5. in the restaurant the average time to react in 30 minut if you are lucky and they do not forget what you order
6. if you order hot dog during lunch time they use to bring only sausage as they are out of roll
7. lack of water during breakfast
8. price for quality 3 out of 10
