About this lodge
🌞Enjoy this renovated early 1900's barn on 140 acres in the Gasconade River Valley. Just 1 & 1/2 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, it is easily accessible. This renovated 3-story Barn is 3,500 square feet and sleeps up to 16 plus people with pull-out couches. Amenities include full kitchen (with kitchenware), breakfast room, laundry room, spacious 2-story great room, wood burning masonry fireplace, 6 bedrooms, 2 lofts, 2 full baths, air conditioning/heat, 2 exterior decks with seating, satellite TV, internet (January 2020 new and improved internet), BBQ pit, horseshoe pits, and firewood if paid for and requested in advance. We are Pet friendly and lots of room to roam for the pooches ($100 fee extra). The Lodge has enough beds to sleep 16 people and enough pull-out couches to sleep 6 more (includes all bedding). The Lodge at Crider Creek is great retreat, perfect for reunions, business outings, and family vacations. There are plenty of outdoor activities on property including fishing, hiking, star gazing, bird watching, wild life viewing, kayaking, canoeing, BBQing, making fires in the fire-pit, and exploring Crider Creek. If you are looking for a location to unwind away from the "big city" or want to entertain a large group comfortably in the seclusion of some of the most beautiful Missouri farmland, the Lodge at Crider Creek is waiting for you!

Great space and home. It was perfect for our small family reunion. We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room and towels. The negatives are, location on dirt road, no easy entry - the driveway needs a bridge over the small creek- and to enter the house, you have to climb stairs. Otherwise, we had a very enjoyable time! Unfortunately it rained most of the time we were there, so we didn't get to explore the property.

So much space for the whole family (we had 4 families gather together for our reunion) and a beautiful property to explore. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make meals to feed a crowd. The kids loved the yard games, fishing in the pond, and making smores at the bonfire. Excellent communication provided ahead of time with all the info you need to prepare for arrival.
