The location was good for a wedding reception at villa il pozzo. It's not too far from main certaldo, although it may be better to stay in the centre.
The pool was pretty good.
Breakfast not suitable for any dietary requirements and is quite expensive.
AC was broken, they put a fan in the room. Then entered the room without our knowing to take the fan away.
Check out was awful. We had to leave early so were told to leave keys in the room - fine. But we needed the keys to get out of the complex, and then were unable to get out because they were locked in the room. This is a fire hazard.
