Flisvos Royal Hotel & Suites

The view, the service (staff couldnt do enough), the pool (and ease in getting refreshmentsand food from the comfort of poolside). The proximity to beach, restaurants, and shops. The staff catered for any request even putting batteries in my children's toy cars and coming down the road to ride on bumper cars when children required an additional adult in order to be able to go on the fairground rides when required an adult to go on with them due to the height restriction! The staff also walked me through our return travel logistics and even handled the online bookings for us while writing all relevant information down to make our onward journey straightforward.

There was one occasion where the boys got a little dog feces on their toys outside the front door of hotel (which obviously wasnt their fault), and as soon as we pointed it out to the staff they quickly cleaned the area and removed it accordingly. The pool could have been opened and hour earlier and an hour later ideally given the heat but the times were still reasonable to allow for staff supervision when it is in use and would be quite or idol often in such additional hours if it was extended - so understandable.In their defence the pool's opening hours are still reasonable, so really onky a minor inconvenience in fairness

Boutique Hotel, modern and very good location. Nice pool with comfy couches The staff at reception desk are very nice and welcoming. Parking area is big enough

even though the room was nice and clean,the walls have no noise protection and it was really really noisy from people that were walking in the hotel and the cleaning ladies that were doing their job
