Beautiful tranquil setting.

A little cold in the bedroom! The electric blanket helped.

Was an amazing place right next to a lake. Perfect for a family getaway with pets and just a beautiful location. Canoes were available for use along with wood for a fireplace and firepit. There is a playground as well for the kiddies.

Nothing really.. there's not a lot else on site like a cafe etc but we didn't mind that.

Fantastic design and layout for a family holiday.

When booking here, make very sure what unit you book. The Booking.com app on my phone was misleading and didn't make it clear that the 2-person apartment wasn't one of the lovely pyramid-shaped apartments with a mountain view and fireplace. So when we got there, we were disappointed because we didn't get what we thought we booked. The night manager wasn't very helpful, but after about 30 minutes of back and forth, we got to speak to the manager (it was very late and I appreciate her taking the call) we got things sorted out and ended up cancelling our stay. I would go again, but would make very, very sure I book a pyramid as they looked even better on site than they do in the photos. The 2-sleeper isn't bad, it's just not what we expected, has no view, or an indoor fireplace. It is comfortable, very clean and they had the heating on so that we arrived at a warm house, which was a very nice touch.

Communication with the night manager. The number we were given on the bookings email apparently went to someone who managed other properties and not the one we stayed at. It was very confusing and frustrating. The app also was misleading, but I found that it was only on my phone, not on my friend's phone, so that's an IT but worth looking into.
