Villa Albatroz

I rarely write reviews like this, but this is one of those rare places that truly deserves a perfect 10 out of 10. The location is absolutely ideal, surrounded by beautiful nature, with exceptional cleanliness and outstanding service. It’s genuinely hard to find any flaws. A perfect place for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Thank you!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 8 Erwachsenen dort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung und Lage waren hervorragend. Pool war auf 27 Grad beheizt gegen Aufpreis (von uns separat gebucht). Man konnte sogar bei schlechtem Wetter draussen essen da ein Teil der Terrasse gegen Wind und Regen geschützt ist. Unsere 2 Mietautos konnten wir auch auf dem Grundstück parken. Die einzigen 2 ,negativen‘ Punkte aus unserer Sicht: es gab nur ein Set Schlüssel was definitiv zu wenig ist bei einer grossen Gruppe und wir hätten uns über Mülltonnen gefreut die eine Mülltrennung möglich gemacht hätten. Ansonsten waren wir alle 8 begeistert von der Villa und möchten auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

The only thing is the leaves falling from the trees into the pool, but I understand that, so with a little bit of gamification for the kids, we had to clean the pool before jumping into the water :)

The view is absolutely stunning! It has very comfy rooms with en-suite bathrooms, heated pool, private viewpoint and garden full of beautiful greenery. The whole villa is very spacious, with many options to chill, sit down and just enjoy Madeira, the ocean and views. The staff at the Albatroz Club is very helpful and you can use their amenities as well. We will be back :)

The interior and some of the equipment is a little bit outdated and needs a bit of service and love (kitchen/laundry..)
