Stay here. Is worth the hike to this place!

We stayed here on the first day of the TMB. The dinner was spectacular with and amazing duck confit that we are still dreaming about. The staff was very friendly and we even got our room earlier than the check in. The view from the balcony was stunning. I will stay here and no where else when if coming back to Les contamines!

Upon arrival man was rude. Room very small. Dingy building that needs some upgrades. Restaurant only serves 1 thing only. Location is ok.

Exceptional

A beautiful, relaxed family run hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming and could not do enough for you. Options for breakfast or evening meals, which were both homemade and delicious. A bar downstairs and chill out space upstairs with activities for little ones. The rooms were basic but full of character and very clean. Very reasonably priced, we would of loved to have been able to stay longer. Thank you!

* Excellent location right next to Tour de Mount Blanc trail. * I was able to do early check-in. * It was nice to have a private bathroom. * WiFi worked fine. * There was a table to work with my laptop.

* I could not lock my door. (It felt safe without locking, though.)

A good hotel for the first stage of TMB. A bit off the trail in terms of location. Very nice welcoming staff, very good food and atmosphere, clean and no fuss place to crash on the TMB.

Traditional cute Chalet. Good

Super tasty traditional and complete breakfast (fresh homemade croissants, full 1L fresh orange juice bottle for 2), local cheese, tasty fresh French bread). Nice traditional home (lovely decoration). Not in the center so super peaceful and less than 10 minutes walking from Les Contamines center (little path along the river to access). Possibility to have a (nice) diner at the hotel also. Warm and authentic personnel. Better to ask the rooms with Mountain View. Very good experience and nice price.

The mattresses must be changed : there are old and not comfortable at all. The shower door was broken.

Lovely

The room is spacious. The view from the balcony is very nice. The host is lovely. There is shuttle bus from city centre (15 minute walk) to Notre Dame de La Gorge.

The dinner is a bit pricy for what have been served.

Séjour en fin de saison.

Un très bonne accueil, les propriétaires sont au top. Nous sommes venus avec notre chien (qui est habitué) au week-end hôtels, gîtes etc... L'accueil fut excellent. Nous étions seul et avons reçu toutes les attentions requises. Petit déjeuner et dîner très bien. Chambre confortable et propre. Dans un chalet familiale et authentique. A 5 min de la place du marché. Parking gratuit et privé. A refaire

C'est un hôtel parfait pour une nuit seulement : calme, bons repas mais literie moyenne.

L'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire. L'excellent dîner et le très bon petit-déjeuner. Le calme.

Lit assez inconfortable et pas de chauffage (il faisait froid).
