Service was great. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. They have a free shuttle bus to the Ropeway in Mt Inasa (make sure to book your ticket)
I would stay again.

The digital check in and out is a little more difficult then just talking to a person. I also felt like the room couldn't get cool enough even at it's lowest setting in summer. The location is great though and the bed and pillow was comfortable! Having the coin laundry there was very convenient.

I was disappointed with Agoda customer service on this recent July 14 booking. I choose Aug 18 for my booking however their confirmation email listed the date as July 15. I know I choose Aug 18 and do not know what occurred? In any case after calling customer service many times - each time of which was told different things with the final outcome being no change of date or money returned. One of the Agoda service reps said call the hotel and if they say ok on the date change then call us back. I did that and the hotel counter staff said sure however after calling Agoda back they said they can't call the hotel direct and must go through a middle partner. In any case the request was denied by the middle partner so I was out the price of the hotel stay. Just kind of frustrating since I have been a loyal Agoda customer for years and nothing could be done. The booking I wanted was for Aug 18 in Japan and I made the booking in Alabama and no one would book it for the next day in that case. I I still think Agoda has some good deals and I will continue to use them where I am writing this review just to caution people to watch those dates when you book and may you have better luck in dealing with Agoda customer service, (1 rep of which was somewhat rude) than I did.
SO I NEVER STAYED IN THIS HOTEL BECAUSE IT WOULD OF BEEN IMPOSSIBLE TO DO SO!!!
