Poor internet connection

The outside space and pool were nice.

No one met us on arrival. We called the number given but no answer, just voice mail. We left a message, no reply. We sent an email, no reply. We waited over an hour at the property, no one turned up. Finally, we asked a passing neighbour if they knew how to contact the owners. They called them and were told of the key box access code, so finally after almost 2 hours waiting, we got into the property. No contact with the owner whatsoever during the entire stay. The stairs leading to the bedrooms were a death-trap. Overlapping wooden panels that were not even level. An accident waiting to happen for children or the elderly. Gloomy inside space, we spent most of the time outside. Aircon in only 1 bedroom, which didn't work properly anyway. Other bedroom was stiflingly hot at night, even with the window open. Constant barking from dogs in neighbouring properties, at all times of the day and night.
