Excelent hotel to stay. Parking, sauna and drinks included.

The Park Hotel Gastein had very good breakfast to start the skiing day. The host took care of the food carefully. The room was big enough for 3 guys. The parking, sauna, and beverages are included. We had a very nice stay. Restaurants were very close.

It's ok for a night sleep on the way

We booked very last minute (4pm the day we went) and we could check in at 23:30 without any problem The host was helpful explaining to us where to find the free coffee and tea. We had a nice chat after the breakfast, which was included at the price. We chose this hotel as it was one of the best value in the area and we just needed a place to sleep on the way to Slovenia. It had everything we needed. The owner has a super nice dog, which was very friendly with my children.

There was a big spider at the bathroom sink and hair in the drain of the shower. It did not look super clean. The facility needs some renovation. The breakfast was basic but it was ok for us.

Due to the mould in all rooms, we will definitely never come again.

The location was good, near to the ski lifts. The breakfast was OK as well within the price - performance.

The cleanliness of the room was absolutely disaster. There was a mould everywhere - in the bathroom in the bedroom as well. After several hours we had a healthy issue with breathing. We had two rooms, both in the same conditions. The property owner rejected to change the room. We left the hotel and found another one.

The drinks situation was good value, the accommodation price and location were good.

Less of a hotel, more of a hostel feel due to a shortage of staff. Finding someone to ask about meals, transport or replacement lightbulbs was tricky.

amazing value for moeny, rooms are cleaned every day and our room was warm and bigger tgan expected. Rooms look exactly as described and not sure why people comment on the interior as you can see that it is not modern

the location of the hotel is ideal for skiers, the skibus stop is right next to the hotel exit and the gondola station is one stop, so the travel time is 35 seconds ;) The price of the stay is really good, good breakfasts, 3-course dinners - along with dessert (lunch time between 6 pm - 7 pm) an open bar where you can help yourself is nice beer, wine, and drinks without alcohol without restrictions, lunches were served directly to the tables by the staff, contact with the staff was no problem, it is also important that you can book any date, not full weeks, etc.

as others write, the rooms need refurbishment, but the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean, so if someone spends a lot of time skiing or in the mountains in the summer, it will not be a problem, the room was cleaned every day, small details were missing, such as the ski boot heating in the ski storage, or staff information about the sauna that is in the facility but no details and operating time

Perfectly situated - 10 minutes walk to the city center, 4 minutes walk to the gondolas, 10 minutes walk to therme. The menu was diverse and tasty, with a very creative vegetarian option. Cosy and good value for the money.

Good value for money stay

Great dinner in 3 courses every night, breakfast could be a bit more diverse, but it was okay. You have free drinks during your stay, it's a self service all day long - coffee, tea, juices, soda, wine, beer, cocoa... Location for skiers is great, bus stop is in front of hotel and you ride only one stop to Schlossalmbahn II gondola. It's also very close to Alpentherme Gastein. Very nice and welcoming host who works alone - check in, serves dinner... Very hard working man. Liked billiard (pool) and darts in dining room.

Heating wasn't working in our bathroom, so it was cold after taking a shower, and it was also quite cold in the dining area. Breakfast could've been more diverse, and rooms could use at least painting the walls. Pillow was to thin for me so I took one extra (cuz we had an extra bunk bed in our room). There were two mattresses on double bed, mine was good and comfy, and my husband's was squeeky and hard.

Fantastic!

This hotel doesn’t deserve such a low rating. It was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t understand why anyone would give it anything less than a 10! As hard as I tried, I couldn’t find anything about this place that I didn’t like. The owner is a great guy, very friendly and accommodating; I highly recommend this hotel!

Perfect as a stopover on my bicycle tour on the Alps Adria radweg, it's right next to the trail. Friendly family hotel, bike store, hot powerful showers, warm rooms, free wifi. Nice walk into the town by the little river. Free drinks are included, a nice unique touch. Thank you

Oceniam hotel jako stosunek ceny do jakości: dla mnie 10/10 ponieważ, gdybym zapłacił dużo wiecej za noc mogłbym rzeczywiscie sie czego czepiać. A tu za taką bardzo dobrą cene jednej nocy ze śniadaniem oraz bliskością do wyciągu (przystanek przy hotelu, autobusem jedziemy tylko 1 przystanek) nie ma się czego doczepić a pobyt w nim uważamy za rewelacyjny i chętnie do niego wrócimy. To że płytka gdzieś jest pęknieta czy jak ludzie piszą nie jest to nowoczesny hotel w ogole nam to nie przeszkadzało. Za to jest dużo wiecej atutów takich jak : super lokalizacja, pokoj 20-24m2 z balkon (jeśli wybierzerz pokoj z nim), wygodne łóźka, darmowy grzaniec, kawa, herbata i bilard i jeszcze w lotki można pograć. Cały pobyt w tym hotelu oceniamy na piątke z plusem za tą cene. Dlatego do tych osob, które chciałyby hotelu kilku gwazdkowego, luksusu za tą niską cene polecam wybrać inny droższy hotel. I do tych, którzy napisali lub napiszą negatywne komentarze jest całkowicie nieuzasadniona i bardzo krzywdząca dla tego hotelu. Na dodatek właściciel bardzo ponocny i przyjemny, który się stara, aby pobyt był tu przyjemny. Śniadania też oceniam dobrze w stosunku do ceny! Nigdy nie wyszliśmy głodni! Naprawde polecam!

Das Hotel ist nicht empfehlenswert.

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Sauberkeit sehr mangelhaft, kein Föhn vorhanden, es gab keinen Unterschied ob man drinnen oder draußen stand so kalt war es, Schimmel, Risse und Wasserschaden an den Wänden auf jeden Fall renovierungsbedürftig, die Ski Kammer Tür war kaputt und somit konnte man keine Ski reinstellen, keine Fernbedienung vorhanden, der Kaffee war nicht trinkbar
