Beautiful building and location. Not to everyone's liking as very remote.
Make sure you stock up as the nearest shop was 6/ 7 miles away. (Could do with a little supply shop ran by owners incase you forget something)
The pool was fantastic, very clean and plenty of space. We had our own BBQ.
The staff were friendly and helpful and very laid back.
A drinks evening was held on a Monday evening and a cassoulet evening on a Thursday.
We enjoyed ourselves very much and felt very relaxed.
Shower very small and the toilet constantly ran.
No air con or fans so the windows had to stay open which allowed lots of insects including bees (nest outside window) to come in, especially at night.
Also the the windows / shutters could not be held open and tended to bang close when the wind got up.
Unfortunately the fridge didn't stay very cold and produced alot of heat.
We had lots of stairs to climb so make sure you are able to get upstairs also they could do with abit of a clean.
