Hotobil B&B 潤 An inn that enjoys breakfast

Exceptionally good breakfast cooked by the host herself, she was very accommodating and kind. Always on hand to help with any requests, attentive, took dietary reqs for me as we are both vegetarian and I'm allergic to peanuts and the place was spotless. We were so rested and got to experience living as a local with tourist spots a short walk away. She was great with English and translation.

Very considerate stay, our lovely host gave use options for the style of stay we wanted to enjoy. The host also managed to balance the friendly sharing style of a B&B with the privacy travellers need.

Friendly owner, lovely breakfast, the whole floor to myself.

The host very kindly allowed us to check in early. Wonderful breakfast, very friendly host.

The phrasing used to describe the accommodation is deceptive, as it creates the impression of a holiday villa or ryokan with at least four rooms. This is not a ryokan, nor is it a traditional guest house. Rather, the host offers two highly basic rooms located above their own apartment, linked by a common corridor, with access to a rudimentary kitchen and a shared bathroom. The marketing photographs are highly flattering, but they do not accurately reflect the condition of the rooms, nor that of the hallway and kitchen areas, which appear neglected and poorly cleaned. In short, it is overpriced and very basic.
