Hotel Artaban

Ottima accoglienza dal ragazzo in reception. Bella camera letto King size stupendo, ottima colazione. Ben accetto il nostro cane con un supplemento.

Very nice and helpful staff - I felt very welcome.

Almost everything was good. (Quiet area, clean room, nice staff...) But...

But... I still can't think of it as a good memory. We checked in late, around 7pm and arrived at the hotel before 8pm. We got a room in the outbuilding. The room was cold, the heating wasn't on. We turned up the radiator, but unfortunately only one half of the radiator got warm, the other half stayed cold. The room didn't get warm until morning, we were cold all night. (It's minus degrees outside in February.) If you can't sleep normally because it's too cold, how many points do you deduct from the maximum? And one more negative. The breakfast was delicious, but it's only a served breakfast, not a buffet.
