Very well finished for price. Only needed overnight stay early checkout but was everything I needed for a great price. The owner/manager was a gentleman to deal with. Thanks again.

The price was fair, the room became snug and warm, the TV was a good size. There was plenty of hot water. The owner was very welcoming. It was easy to find, an acceptable walk from Romford Station.
I was frequently asked for my arrival time. The toilet was private, but it was across the hall and down a corridor, the shower was ensuite which was much better. The floor was wood effect, as I presume was the one upstairs so I could hear every move by the occupant for a lot of the evening. The idea of a microwave is good, but not if it replaces a bedside light. I had to ask for the WiFi code by Text, it worked okay when I got it.
