The apartments are of a reasonable size and equipped Ok.
Some of the staff were so rude. Especially those ‘living in’. No manners, aggressive and grumpy.

The bar is poorly stocked and always running out of lager. System they use does not hold much stock,

Did the job. Excellent location for skiing. Straight onto the piste.
More benches in boot room. Reception to be open more.

Room was great - although we were not expecting a sofa bed in the sitting area. I used the Spa and the pool. Both good.
The directions to the Ski boot room were non-existent! it was extremely difficult to find, in a maze with no signage. Not just me but lots of people that we met in the lifts were saying the same thing. The reception area for our side of the building Allcolie was not manned at all! So we were often going to the main reception to ask questions.
