We had a great stay. The apartment was really nice, spacious, comfy and well equipped. We had a lovely view of the pool and village. The bed was large and comfy, shower hot and the kitchen area was great. We used the pool and spa area almost every day, it was a great way to follow up a day on the pistes. The pool got busy at times but we usually found a time when it wasn't too bad. The spa area was always busy but as you don't spend long there we didn't mind.

I had an issue communicating with the residence before our trip. We wanted to take advantage of the discounted lift passes they offer, but there was no info online to advise how to do this. I tried calling for several days but there was no answer, or the line was engaged (there's no answer phone when reception is closed!) When I finally got through I was told that they need to book lift passes for you at least 7 days before arrival, and at this point it was too late for us. Good to know for others though! Some basic essentials would be really useful in the apartment, like more than one toilet roll, washing up liquid and a kitchen sponge. For the cost I would have expected for these to be provided, and it seems quite wasteful not to do so as we had to buy these then leave the rest when we left. But other than these minor issues we had a brilliant stay and would recommend!

The pillows were terrible. Also the doors of the cabinets were falling off.

The facilities are good.

The hotel is not at the bottom of the main slopes, you have to take the bus or car which is inconvenient. The rooms were dirty we complained and the hotel organised for someone to clean. We never enjoyed our parking spot as there was always some random squatting it.

Location to slopes. Overall layout of flat good. beds comfortable, warm, good garage and ski room. friendly staff. Quiet.

We booked two apartments and were promised they would be very near each other, but found they were on different floors. Everything a little worn. Kitchen knives terrible. Dishwasher unreliable, perhaps not very well maintained.

The pool was wonderful a lovely addition.

The staff were absolutely horrible to deal with. We were give the wrong room after checking in, they then wouldn't speak to us and even at one point closed the shutter in our faces. They said they were unable to change our room and then did not offer the difference back even though we paid more for the bigger/better room. My parents were spoken too soo rudely when asking for assistance from reception, my father was so upset he wanted us to leave on the first night, unfortunately we couldn't get a booking anywhere else. We had to call booking.com to speak with the venue and by the third day a man called us and apologised and again said they could not do anything to change the situation. It was really really awful. Two adults in our party had to sleep in children sized bunk beds the first night, as they both barely fit in this closet sized room and dwarf beds they barely slept and ended up having to move to the living room couch. This was extremely unfair to them as we purposefully paid for a Duluxe room with two double bedrooms. Additionally, the resort itself was dirty. For 4 days there was a trolley on our corridor full of dirty smelly towels/bedsheets and for 2 days there was rubbish bags. It is a shame as it has such potential with it's location and the pool but the staff really really made us feel so uncomfortable and upset for asking for what we paid for.

positioning is good for access to the snow. Swimming pool is also a great addition.

No smoke alarms in our apartment at all. There was a frame up on the ceiling in the apartment hall where one used to be. I mentioned this to the reception staff and they did nothing about it. Totally unacceptable.

The leisure facilities were excellent.

Could have done with an extra toilet in our 6 bed apartment. We booked 2 apartments and were put in separate buildings which was a bit inconvenient at times.

I had to pay €400 as a deposit I paid it on a prepaid credit card which it cannot be refunded to that card my fault the manager said the card would not be debited but the €400 was removed from my card

Great location for the slopes mountain biking and for town and The Luge and mini super market and about 20 minutes away from large shops.

The only issue we had was an accident in the pool, a cap had come off one of the pumps which suck my daughters leg and left her with a large bruise and very sore leg. We informed the manager and he came immediately but this type of thing should be checked regularly. We would have also liked a choice of room with a view (front facing) when we booked so early.

Swimming pool too small considering the size of the hotel. The guarantee deposits is still blocked for an unknown reason.

Location is excellent and staff very friendly.

The sofa in the kitchen area is very uncomfortable and the ski lockers should be heated. Otherwise no complaints.

The bed

Ruim appartement. We sliepen er met 2 kinderen en 2 volwassenen. Parking konden we voor de deur doen (kan overdekt). Voor de hele week 60€. Handige locker voor snowboards of ski’s beneden. Ligt beetje aan einde van het dorp, maar je kan lopen naar het centrum waar de lessen waren voor de kinderen. 10 minuten lopen. Voor de rest rustig dorp, terwijl we er wel in vakantieperiode waren dus top! Qua horeca is er niet heel veel, maar daar maakte we sowieso niet echt gebruik van.

Zwembad was leuk maar toch iets te koud voor de kinderen. Mag wel een graadje meer. Kinderen mochten niet opwarmen in de jacuzzi (18+).

Une équipe très sympathique (accueil, barman, directeur…). Le logement au pied des pistes, très bien équipé, possibilité de commander le pain frais et les viennoiseries pour le petit déjeuner, le goûter offert et les animations.

Le chauffage était un peu trop juste surtout dans le salon.
