Het gebouw en de mogelijkheid om binnen te parkeren
Het stond beschreven dat er geen ontbijt of dergelijke was... maar ik had wel graag gezien dat er in de gemeenschappelijke keuken bvb koffiepads of iets was voorzien... want je moet anders eerst 4km naar het centrum rijden.

Communication with staff (Marvin) was good but could have been more effective. The hotel did not provide breakfast but offered vouchers for partner restaurants / bakerys nearby. This was communicated via E-Mail. When we arrived it turned out that the vouchers consisted only in a 10% discount on the normal price. If we had known this beforehand, we probably would have changed our booking.
When we arrived it seemed that the hotel had just reopend after the winter break. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and no soap in the shower. Moreover, the window was damaged and could not be opened. Thus it was unfortunately not possible to ventilate the room. Finally, we discovered an extra cushion in the cupboard with (apparently) blood stains on it.
