Location and the cleaning. Food was testy too.
There is nothing that I don’t like but according to me you need little more focus. Focus on taking check in and out when I checked in I know it was late but I felt un welcome no greeting nothing. Then next day morning I went for breakfast food was good hostess was there ,she was greeting but when I went to table no one come to attend .if I want to place an order I literally call the server and place the order and then the server just deliver the order and left even didn’t remove the extra plate from the table and ask if I want something els. So I think team need more training or more focus .

Staff was extraordinarily helpful not only in getting taxi service but also helping out in selecting nice touristy locations in the area to visit.
General cleanliness was not quite up to expectations (washed, but stainy bed covers).
Advertised facilities were out of order (TV set didn't work, safe in the room was inaccessible, bath tub could not be used).
