About this house rental
Located in beautiful Somers, this delightfully furnished three bedroom cottage is set in a quiet tree lined court surrounded by native bush land and is only a short walk to the beach. It features a fantastic outdoor dining room/kitchen set in a large landscaped garden.

Lounge/dining- Comfortable leather sofas, TV, DVD , Bose 'Wave' sound system, board games, air conditioner, dining table and polished concrete floors.
Kitchen - Electric oven, microwave, fridge, all kitchen utensils and quality crockery.
Master bedroom - Queen bed with ensuite bathroom. (Shower and hand basin)
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
Bedroom 3 - 1 single bed (with extra mattress if required)
Laundry - Washing machine, iron, ironing board and cloths horse.
Outdoor room - Set in a beautifully landscaped garden with timber deck and Castlemaine slate paved area, equipped with a Heatlie stainless steel BBQ, extension dining table (seats up to 10) and a drinks fridge.
PET FRIENDLY: Small dogs may be allowed subject to written confirmation by the owner. The Somers dog beach is an easy 10 minute walk away. Owners are fully responsible for their dog.
Off street parking is available.

This is our second visit to She-oak cottage and again we appreciated the large back garden and view of the native garden from the house. Somers is a wonderful place and the house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Very easy communication with host, and 12pm checkout meant we could enjoy a leisurely swim before leaving, thanks Monica.

3 generations and 2 puppy dogs couldn’t have asked for more !! Quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac. Magical back garden for all ages to play read and enjoy a bbq. Highly recommended.

The perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful peninsula. Very comfortable, quiet and peaceful accommodation. Monica was a wonderful host, great communication and the chocolates were a great hit with the teens as well as the adults. Would highly recommend and we would love to return for another stay.
