Good for an overnight stay

Floor, bed and toilet were clean. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Rooms are basic, which I like. Even though I had people in either room beside me it was quiet during the night. Perhaps the very early check-out time helps with this as it forces people to go to sleep early. Front desk people speak English.

The room was clean upon my arrival. This is the only positive feedback I have.

In the notes, it is stated that the food can be modified if necessary. I asked the owner, who was at the reception in the morning, if there was a possibility that, due to intolerance to gluten and lactose, I could only get a little tomato, cucumber, and boiled eggs for breakfast. Mister started shouting that he can't do it like that. I told him 3 times that there was no need to shout, but he continued to shout at the same volume and explained that they could possibly make modifications for allergies, but that is not the case here, and maybe if it were lunch or dinner, not breakfast at all. After two minutes of his shouting, I turned to leave, and he shouted once more: So don't have breakfast! The point is not in the food, but in the way of communication. If they had said in any other way that they could not meet me, I would have accepted it. I have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism. Since then, I have never passed the reception in the morning when he was there. Even if everything else was fine, and it wasn't, after this kind of behavior, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They didn't take the trash out of the room every day, they changed the code to enter the hotel without informing me, and it's just luck that I arrived at 11pm so someone was awake to open it for me, otherwise I would have spent the night outside, because the reception isn't open until the morning. The list goes on, but all in all, worst experience ever,

Cheap functional accommodation for a working trip if you are not fussy.

Basically clean and functional room. Hot shower. Wifi okay.

It is basically accomodation for youth sports teams. Has the feeling of a glorified army barracks. Beds simple, breakfast from a tray in a canteen. But also the cheapest option so fair enough. I found it difficult to find the place and then the reception within the place.

The hotel is not far from the highway, has its own free parking, which is convenient when traveling by car, but at the same time, the historical center is within walking distance.

average breakfast, bad and unclean beddings, rooms below average 2star hotel, zero services no drinking water in the room, no possibility of making your own tea/coffee or reheating food, in the name of toiletries you get two sachets of shower gel, plus cleaning service enters your room while you are out and leaves behind their cleaning equipment without cleaning anything in general

When some mistakes can be fix!

The receptionist in the check in was so polite and humble! Well done!

When I got the room lights didn't work, no soap, TV volume broke, etc. The receptionist who received me was so polite, humble and provided me a good service and attention, even he offered me to change my room but a bit late and I was in bed when this happened. But in the other hand, in the morning, the other guy in the reception, denied me my breakfast because I got it at 9:05 hrs. I guess it's unfair. Even all this bad experiences i can try again this hotel. Every body deserve a second opportunity.

The place is like a student's hostel. Location not too far from the university in a very ugly neighbourhood with little or no conveniences. Canteen that serves basic dinner and breakfast.

hotel spartiate simple mais suffisant : nous cherchions quelques choses de simples sans superflu mais uniquement le necessaire- le rapport qualité/prix est excellent- le parking spatieux- le cadre style pensionnat est neutre propre et très calme- le petit déjeuner simple et excellent- nous conseillons cette étape aux personnes qui fuient le luxe et veulent juste la réponse à leur besoin : dormir, se laver, petit-déjeuner, ne pas avoir froid, être dans une chambre propre, au calme- voilà tout est là-
