Reasonable price, perfect location - few minutes of walking from sea. Nice balcony with sea view, good wifi connection.

Apartments was not cleaned well, there was a lot of dust. Kitchen is not well equipped, bathroom is a bit old. Mattresses are too soft (at least for me). Host does not speak English language like it is stated, only German an Croatian.

The apartment was really clean, kitchen was well-equipped with really nice kitchen utensils. Location is ok, 5 min walk from the sea. But if you want more ‘civilised’ beach with umbrellas and other facilites, you have to walk 15 min to the nearest equipped beach. The nearest shop « Anna » is 1 min walk and Spar is 5 min walk, which is perfect.

While booking, take into account that you should pay extra 6 euros per day for using air conditioning and 5 euros for laundry. Also if you run out of toilet paper or other stuff, you have to buy it yourself. What is more, the hosts don’t speak English, only Croatian or German. Their son speaks a bit of English though and in emergency case you could speak with him via phone. In addition, the apartment is located on the exit from Crikvenica, it’s almost the next village, Selce. So it’s a bit far from the centre of the town. Still, it is within 30 min walking distance from the centre, but take it into account if it is important for you.

Very nice and clean attic apartment with a beautiful view. Ideal for a couple to spend a stay. I was surprised by the quality of bed mattresses and quality pillows. I slept pleasantly. Owners are very nice and welcoming. We are thankfull.

V ponudbi je bila napisana klima , ko pa sva prišla tja pa klima ni delala .Gostiteljica je rekla da Samo z doplačilom 6e dnevno .Bili smo brez klime .Tv dela samo v nemškem jeziku.Sramota.

Too expensive - half space is hard to use

Aussicht, es gab keine Unterbrechung durch die Gastgeberin, mein Mann war sehr höflich und freundlich. Sie erlaubten uns zu bleiben, auch wenn wir mit Kind ankamen. View, there was no interruption from lady host, husband was very polite and friendly. They allowed us to stay even if we arrived with child.

Sehr unhöfliche Frau. Eigentlich ist es 20 m², nicht über 40, da man in den meisten Bereichen nicht laufen kann. Das größte Problem ist die Küche. Wenn Sie 1,5 m groß sind, ist das in Ordnung, ansonsten bekommen Sie nach ein paar Tagen Nackenprobleme. Sie müssen für die Klimaanlage pro Tag für den gesamten Aufenthalt bezahlen – das ist lächerlich. Very rude wife, actually its 20m2 not over 40 as you cant walk at most of property, the biggest issue is kitchen. If you are 1.5 m then fine otherwise you get neck problems after few days. You have to pay for AC per day of usage for whole stay - thats ridiculous.

A szállásadó nagyon kedves volt, a környezet jó volt, szivesen visszamennék.

Reggeli nem volt az árban. A környék csendes, sok növénnyel a kertben, közel a tengerhez.

A konyha lehetett volna jobban felszerelt, a fürdőszoba elég kicsi volt.

Nagyon koszos

Rettenetes kosz... Minden tiszta haj és por. A wc pereme alatt fekete fekália fogadott. A házigazda elvárta volna hogy az egész éjjel nyitott kertjében,az esőben tároljuk a rollereinket. Másnap is beszólt mikor vittem a rollert hogy katasztrófa amit csinálunk... Nem ajánlom!

Camera molto grande . Doccia larga. . Spazio privato all'esterno molto carino con tavolino e stendino . Signora gentile . Diciamo che per il prezzo pagato non mi aspettavo chissà cosa ma si può fare di più. TV satellitare con programmi rai . Abbiamo visto gli appartamenti più grandi ed erano molto belli .

Cucina piccolissima con 2 fuochi e senza cappa . bagno strettissimo . Il condizionatore era pieno di polvere e lo abbiamo pulito noi . Pulizia si può fare meglio , wifi debole
