Amazing view from balcony to Maria Alm and mountains. Maria Alm center is 10 min on foot, but note that up in hill. Apartment was perfect and had 2 bathrooms. There was a ski boot dryer downstairs. Free parking

Wir haben eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist wirklich super. Das Skigebiet Hochkönig bzw. Maria Alm ist fußläufig (15 Minuten) erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und insgesamt sehr schön. Besonders positiv fanden wir die zwei Badezimmer, die den Aufenthalt deutlich entspannter gemacht haben. Die Wohnküche ist relativ groß und bietet genug Platz, um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen. Auch das Schlafzimmer hat uns gut gefallen, vor allem das gemütliche Bett. Zusätzlich gibt es einen großen Balkon. Parkplätze befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür, außerdem gibt es WLAN. Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich, stets bemüht, jederzeit für Fragen offen und hat immer versucht, uns bestmöglich weiterzuhelfen. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, den wir besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen können.

Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung aufgrund der sehr niedrigen Außentemperaturen zunächst etwas kalt, was sich nach einigen Tagen aber gelegt hat. Die Küchenausstattung war eher schlicht, etwas mehr Auswahl sowie ein größeres Kochfeld wären wünschenswert gewesen.

Bardzo pozytywne wrażenia - na pewno wróciłbym tu ponownie.

Lokalizacja znakomita, malownicze widoki. Apartament bardzo czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Gospodarz przemiły i pomocny. I najważniejsze - można przyjechać z pieskiem.

Gospodarz mówi jedynie w jęz. niemieckim. Trzeba pytać po rezerwacji, bo w ofercie jest apartament z balkonem a dostępny był jedynie bez balkonu. Ale właściciel w takim wypadku zgadza się na odwołanie rezerwacji bez żadnych opłat, jak również policzył niższą opłatę. Brak możliwości włączenia ogrzewania - a przydało by się po zmoknięciu na deszczu.
