Posizione, pulizia, gentilezza.
La cena! A menu’ fisso, senza che nessuno ce lo comunicasse. Ci siamo seduti a tavola, e mentre eravamo ancora in attesa del menù, hanno iniziato a servire l’antipasto, abbiamo quindi chiesto spiegazioni. Ci è stato detto che c’era un menu’ fisso e non c’erano alternative. Assurdo! Oltretutto erano piatti particolari, un po’ elaborati. Assurdo! Potevamo avere allergie, intolleranze, essere vegetariani, non c’era nessuna alternativa. Che peccato… con un menù più semplice ma più vario sarebbe stato un soggiorno perfetto.
