Very friendly and helpful staff. Snappy responses and contact via WhatsApp, and coordinating my stay, time of arrival, et al was as smooth as it gets.
Breakfast was good, with a nice balcony to sit on. The rooms were very clean.
There were not really any downsides. The small kitchen I had in my room did its job just fine, but as with many of these, there isn't a full arrangement of spices, oils, et al - but there was more than what I expected, so all good!

It was clean and quite comfortable.
The issues were with the bathroom and the toilet. In the bathroom it was taking ages till the water gets worm and it was super hard to flash the toilet.
As well the floors were really cold. In my opinion in this case there can be slippers.
I also really didn’t like the statues that were pointing with their eyes to the bed. I wanted to turn them around but it was not possible to move them.

Everything was perfect, rooms were super clean and confortable,good location, facilities and Alfredo was an excelent host, we will definetly come back .

Check-in was great. Property owner very nice and accomodating. Bed was comfortable. Nice room.
Very noisy from other guests. Each night we were either woken up in middle of the night, or couldn’t go to sleep til wee hours of the morning due to guests standing in hallway talking loudly or kids screaming. Also parking was very difficult to find. Property was far away from city center so no close by amenities that we could find.
