Quando fizeram as troca das toalhas uma delas estava um pouco encardida.

o quarto não possui aquecimento e pela posição em que fica a lareira não consegue aquecer.

Decepcionante escolhemos a pousada pela banheira e a água não esquentava.

A acomodação estava limpa, a cama e roupa de cama muito confortáveis, o café da manhã e muito bom, e a localização boa também.

Quando chegou a Marisa nos recepcionou, nos informou que a recepção funcionava até as 21h, nos mostrou a acomodação, e nos disse que caso a banheira não esquentasse poderíamos avisa lá, saímos voltamos as 21:30 e quando fomos ligar a banheira ela esquentou e na metade ela parou de esquentar, tentamos várias vezes mas a água continuava muito gelada, desistimos da hidro e fomos tomar banho de chuveiro mesmo, que também não esquentou, rebatamos contato com alguém da pousada, não atendiam e nem recebiam mensagem, acordamos às 9 da manhã ainda sem banho e ninguém tinha sequer recebido nossas mensagens, fomos até a recepção informar o ocorrido e nos disseram q iam olhar, o moço que olhou me disse que o gás estava desregulado, a Marisa disse que tudo estava funcionando perfeitamente, ainda sem banho decidimos encerrar nossa viagem ali, e sair da poisada, pagamos 660 reais na diária e não tomamos banho, achamos um absurdo a pousada não ter ninguém responsável ao menos para nos ajudar a noite após as 21h , olhamos avaliações na internet e vimos que esse problema já aconteceu com outras pessoas.

Lugar limpo, sofá confortável, todos os utensílio de cozinha, banheiro espaçoso e limpo.

Recomendaria aquecedores na acomodação, estava muito frio, a lareira não é o suficiente para aquecer. E as torneiras também poderia ter a opção de quente, no frio fica insuportável até para escovar os dentes.

Infelizmente pra chegar na Pousada, precisamos chegar por uma estrada de chão, cheias de pedras. Sei que não é responsabilidade da Pousada. Mas acabamos caindo da moto, pois com chuva fica impossível subir até a mesma. Isto faz com que a Pousada deva perder clientes com pessoas motorizadas. Já no cafe da manhã, achei o lugar apertado com muitas mesas e não gostei muito, deveriam caprichar. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Não acho que vale o valor que foi cobrado.
