The property is in a good location

The place had a bad odor for a day or two, but then they cleaned out the septic and it was good.

Great location. Convenient to Parque Grande and lots of shops and restaurants, and just a block from Parque Santa Lucia.

Grounds and lobby area were very clean, pool tended daily, plenty of hot water for showers, and A/C and ceiling fan worked great. TV had Roku, Netflix, Disney, Hulu, and Prime. Many in English, which I really appreciated.

Everything was just lovely. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Good location. The person at the reception desk (Isaeus - am sure I am misspelling his name) was absolutely delightful, and helpful. The taxi service you arranged in the morning was perfect. Loved the attached cafe in the morning. Great coffee and staff. Highly recommend

The swimming pool area was very nice, on site free parking was very convenient as street parking would have been difficult. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is in a central location within walking distance of the major sites and restaurants.

The rooms do not have much natural light and the windows (at least on the ground floor) are frosted so you can’t see outside and, if you open them, look out onto the narrow inner courtyard. The drains run through that inner courtyard and there was an unpleasant smell both there and in my room. It may have been just a problem at the time as at 03.30 in the morning the drains were being emptied. Sleep was disrupted too by guests returning to the hotel as they have to pass through the inner courtyard to get to any of the rooms on that level or higher levels.
