Did not like anything really

- They asked for 21euro for 3 nights of parking. Not stated on Booking, that the parking is to be payed. -The place is super small, we were 3 adults and one child of 3 and were stepping over each other - There is basically one double bed in the sleeping room, and two kind of sofas( but not even)in the kitchen, that are really small, the mattresses are very old. My parents said they are very uncomfortable and had back pain -They also charge you for bed sheets and towels, also not announced on Booking. -The walls are very thin, of course, you can hear all the neighbours -Someone said it is close to the beach. Yes it is but you do not have access to it for 1 km, because you must reach a railway crossing. For this price you can find something better, I had several options in Bordighera for the same price and I am really sorry that I chose residence Laura.

Comfortable apartment for families.

Fully equipped apartment, close to the sea, in a quiet neighborhood. Amazing rooftop that offers an amazing 360 degree view of Bordighera and neighboring towns. Secure parking nearby and on-site.

Great position for my stay, clean and friendly staff.

A few minor items were missing, eg wine glasses, a kettle but otherwise well equipped. The TV was a little small but that didn’t spoil my stay.

Nice , clean residence hotel near the sea

The apartment are well kept and large about 42 m with separate bedroom and fairly large living room with a kitchen at the end, microwave etc I choose the ground floor apartment because it has a non c’è private garden with table and lounge chairs outside to relax in summer The manager Annika was extremely helpful in many ways and ready to assist you whenever possible

Well the apartment n 6 I was put in is close to the entrance ( 2nd apartment) and the elevator so at times at night you hear guests coming and going and talking loud.. luckily when I arrived many tourists had left and so it wasn’t too bad Also the sun only shine a little bit in the afternoon so by end of September with the storms and wind we had weasel pretty cold and humid especially in the evening Luckily Annika gave me a portable heater to use on and the off Also the living room has 2 sofa beds facing each other which doesn’t leave much room to store your suitcases and the closet in bedroom is so tall you have to use a special stick to hand your clothes

Enkelt men har det mesta man kan behöva. Känns som hemma, efter att vi bott tre gånger här. Ligger bra till, i utkanten av Bordighera med nära till stranden och bageriet.

Okej för kort vistelse.

Mycket vänlig och välvillig personal, bra badrum, bra sängkläder och handdukar, bra utrustning i köket.

Kallt i rummen, elementen sattes bara på två timmar på kvällen och morgonen. Dåliga persienner. Trasiga möbler på takterrassen. Extremt obekväm bäddsoffa.
