Le lieu est très agréable, à quelques minutes de Bakio et pourtant au calme dans la campagne, dans la verdure. Le logement est spacieux, propre, bien décoré et très calme.
Aucun accueil contrairement au mail reçu avant notre arrivée. Une sonnette pour appeler qui ne répond jamais, une borne soi-disant disponible pour récupérer les clés, hors service. Nous étions plusieurs à être dans ce cas, obligés d'appeler le numéro d'assistance, un centre d'appels. Les consignes à distance n'était pas claires du tout. L'entrée dans les lieux a été compliquée et beaucoup trop longue. Finalement, nous n'avons jamais vu personne à l'accueil, même lors du départ.

Me gustó mucho el sitio. En plena naturaleza y calma. Es increíble.
Que no tuvieran recepción. Todo on line con una máquina que tienen allí y te atiende una persona. Así que el pago solo puede ser con tarjeta.

Acababan de limpiar supongo y se notaba mucho olor a lejía y como estoy embarazada me escocía los ojos y la nariz y ventilamos como 1h y luego ya todo bien .
