I stayed with my wife and 2 adult sons for a family break, and we had a great experience. The location is quiet and a minute’s walk from the Lakeside ferry. Colin is a very welcoming and friendly host, plus he provides an excellent breakfast (the bacon especially).

Everything we expected was great. No problems at all. The room we were allocated was very clean and tidy and the bed very comfortable. The tea/coffee facilities and the soap and shampoos were also above what we expected.
Breakfasts - We don't think you would find better breakfasts anywhere. They were excellent, well cooked and hot. The choice was also more than expected. Our host - Colin, is a really good host, friendly, helpful and always on hand to give advice and information about the area where this property is located.
No concerns at all.
