great hotel for a winter vacation with the family

Relaxing, peaceful and very nice dining.

The food was excellent. The selection at the buffet was fabulous. The rooms were big and spacious. We enjoyed sitting in the garden.

Breakfast was very good, except for the coffee, it is terrible.

The pillows on the bed are far to soft and the duvets for summer time way to heavy. Breakfast should be offered in the garden during nice weather and not just in the dining room. The personnel does an excellent job serving the guests. If there are owners on the property, they made sure to hide from the guests;,a bit unusual for a 4 star hotel in Austria where the main representative usually makes a point to greet the guests at least once during their stay. The dinner menu could be improved for vegetarian dishes (they were simply put unacceptable). Also to offer game meat as the only meat choice one evening is questionable. It is summer time and not everybody eats this type of meat. The rest of the dishes were fine, perhaps a bit over creative, but they tasted good.

Friendly, helpful staff, excellent food and close to some great skiing.

Very comfortable, spacious rooms. Staff all very helpful. You can buy your ski-pass at the reception, which was great. The food was fantastic! Very generous breakfast buffet followed by multi-course dinner full of innovative and beautifully-presented dishes. A real plus is the open buffet from 1 pm, with hot drinks and snacks/cakes. Perfect for when you get back from skiing/walking. Although we didn't make use of it, there is a good wellness area with pool/saunas/massages/beauty treatments. Plenty for non-skiers to enjoy.

You can't really walk to the closest gondola, so need to take the public bus or your own car - it's only a 5/6 minute drive and there's free car-parking.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ist sauber, sehr geräumig. Der ganze aufenthal war perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wider

Sonne, Schnee und Wellness. Ein Top Wochenende.

Wir hatten eine Suite. Das hatten wir so nicht erwartet. Hatten sehr viel Platz und könnten uns wie in einer Wohnung bewegen. Der gut ausgestattete Wellnessbereich hat uns ebenfalls positiv überrascht und wir konnten uns auch neben der Piste hier gut erholen. Auch mit dem Essen (Frühstück, 3/4 Pension und Abendessen) waren wir zufrieden. Es ist bei uns älteren Leuten immer auch so, dass es gar nicht so grosse Portionen braucht, aber es gibt eben andere, die dann bessere Esser sind. Wir haben am So. noch das Wellnesspaket gekauft und haben uns über die Flexibilität gefreut, dass der Wellnessbereich dann schon ab 11Uhr beheizt wurde. Ebenso haben wir das Mittagsbuffet genossen und konnten uns nochmals stärken. Wir kommen wieder.

Was besser sein könnte ist der Zugang zu den Pisten. Am Morgen gibt es genügend Fahrten an die Lifte, aber am Abend kommt man dann aber gegen späten Nachmittag nur individuell zurück. Wir sind dann gelaufen, das ging auch und war dann weniger lang und anstrengend, als wir gedacht hatten.

Bedienung sehr aufmerksam, Essen ausgezeichnet, Umgebung sehr schön, obwohl es Winter ist. Aufenthaltsraum und Bar sehr grosszügig. Tische waren so, dass man Gespräche führen konnte, ohne dass der Nachbar davon Kenntnis bekommen hat. Auswahl an gesunden Salaten, Saucen und anderen Sachen sehr gross , ausgewogen und gesund.

Ein schönes, gemütliches Hotel, leider nicht mit der richtigen Musik.

Die gemütliche Einrichtung des Hotels, das grosse Zimmer, der schöne Aussenbereich, die Lage in der schönen Natur. Spa- und Aussenbereich ohne Musik. Nachmittagsbuffet.

Die Musik. Sie war zu laut (da könnte man jeweils etwas sagen) aber vor allem ungemütlich, nicht dem übrigen Ambiente entsprechend. Zum Arbeiten sicher gut. Sie hat uns aber nicht dazu eingeladen zu verweilen oder den Aufenthalt um eine Nacht zu verlängern. Leider.

Das Hotel war sehr gut und gemütlich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Und das Abendessen auch.

Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war super. Sehr gutes Brot mmmm. Das Abendessen hat uns gut geschmeckt. Das Dessert, na ja, aber man hatte ja sowieso bereits genug gegessen.

Die Lage der grösseren Zimmer ist praktisch direkt an der Strasse. Bei uns schien die Sonne direkt ins Zimmer. Wir hatten den Vorhang gezogen, trotzdem wurde es relativ heiss im Zimmer.
