Exceptional stay- staff and cleanliness are over the top

This was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, however what truly elevates this stay to a five-star rating are the amazing staff members. From the friendly and professional receptionist and the helpful security personnel at the entrance to the friendly housekeeping staff and waiters- every single person made us feel welcome and valued. Their dedication to service is truly commendable and made all the difference. The entire complex is incredibly clean and well-maintained. It is pleasure to enter a spotless house. We also loved that the complex is very child-friendly. The breakfast buffet offers an excellent selection with something delicious for everyone. Highly recommended! We can't wait to return.

Beautiful location

The property had all the basics. The view from the porch was beautiful. we enjoyed having breakfast while viewing the sea. We also caught some gorgeous sunsets. It was very peaceful at night, although we were there at low season.

The en-suite shower leaked and the door to the en-suite was swollen so wouldn’t shut. During a pandemic I would also expect hand soap to be provided, but it wasn’t although there was shampoo and body wash.

Exceptional

The cottage is right on the waterfront, you can take 10 steps and jump in the sea. Watch out though, getting back out may be a bit tricky - it would be very useful if they installed one of those metal ladders like in pools. The location is perfect if you like cayaking or SUP, it made it super easy for us to put our cayak in the water. The cottage is very comfortable for 4 people, the layout of the rooms and bathrooms is just perfect. The kitchen is tiny but perfect for making breakfast or a quick sandwich. A daily cleaning and towel change service was also available, which was a very nice surprise in these strange times of covid. We spent a very enjoyable week on the beach, we would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Site exceptionnel, chambre face à la mer. Bons équipements, propres et commodes. Personnel de service aimable. Excellent buffet de petit déjeuner.

Difficile de trouver son chemin dans un parc vaste et très mal balisé. Personnel de gardiennage plutôt rustique.

Tolle saubere Anlage

Tolle Lage direkt am Meer, saubere Anlage, Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich und kommen am mobile home deluxe vorbei und fragen ob alles ok ist. Mobile home toll ausgestattet und große Terrasse. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Anlage bietet vieles für Groß und Klein. Vor allem die Ruhe haben wir genossen.

Pralni stroj ni bil v funkciji.. ni brisač in vilede za čiščenje posod in mize... osnovno kot je sol in poper, ne vedo kaj je to.. mogoče kakšn liter vode ob prihodu v hladilniku...v trgovini katastrofa NI bilo mesnih produktov NIČ .. razen pohanih stvari v skrinji..... Bravo! Sadje in zelenjavo pa super!recepcija super..

Predivan kompleks u kome sam provela jedan divan vikend i dobila ideju da se ponovo vratim u sezoni. Posebno bih pohvali

Fantastčna lokacija, udobna prostrana kućica i divna terasa na šapat do mora. Raj. Posebne pohvale za najdivnije mlade ljude Saru i Ivana sa recepcije koji su moj boravak učinili čarobnim.

Trebalo bi povesti vise računa o higijeni objekta i odnošenju smeća. Šef recepcije Ante jako neljubazan i arogantan čovek, po meni mesto mu nije na takvom položaju jer odnos prema meni kao gostu mu je bio za svaku osudu.

Super iskustvo za obitel.

Lokacija kućica je odlična, odmah uz more i šetnicu te su svi sadržaji blizu, od aquaparka, bazena, wellnessa, pristup svim šetnicama i sadržajima parka. Blizina grada Šibenika je velika prednost te izlazak na autocestu. Kućice su novije, dobro opremljene, s ogromnom terasom i prekrasnim pogledom. Nedostaje u parku oznaka na putu za dolazak do kućica, te u kuhinji nema osnovnih stvari kao što je pribor za čišćenje suđa, krpe, trebalo bi biti više posuđa i opreme za kuhinju, loša kvaliteta kuhalne ploče. Sve u svemu, odlično iskustvo i preporuka za obitelji i uživanje u pogledu na more, otoke i duge šetnje. Besplatno korištenje bazena u hotelu Ivan, nadoplata saune ili korištenje aquparka uz nadoplatu, odlično za djecu jer je zatvoreno i idealno za zimsko vrijeme. U parku je dostupna i igraonica za djecu bez nadoplate.

U kućicama se dosta čuju zvukovi unutar i izvan kućice jer je loša izolacija, ne smije se gasiti klima jer bude prehladno vrlo brzo nakon gašenja klime za grijanje prostora.

Все і абсолютно все на хорошому рівні.Море прямо перед номером,сходки у море є.Навіть дитина купалась без проблем,рибалити можна також і насправді риба ловиться.Припливали восьминоги.Велика тераса,стіл,розетки на дворі дали можливість працювати на ноутбуці з видом на море.Посудомийна машина,великий холодильник.Тут все супер.

Для нас не було мінусів.
