Upon arrival, the hotel had no power and staff let us know that it would be back in less tha two hours, so we had to carry our luggage up to the third floor via the stairs (no elevator) without any assistance from staff. Power was not restored even three hours after check-in, after which we were moved to another hotel within the same chain. Unfortunately, the first room assigned at the new location had a non-functional air conditioner, requiring us to change rooms again. After a long journey, this entire experience was far from pleasant.
