Okey value for money, but just a normal standard.
The breakfast starts at 8am only, which is quite late for early start of day. The bathroom would benefit from having a more thorough cleaning, the room had lots of mosquitos upon entering it...

Comfortable large bed, renovated bathroom, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean.
The elevator went as far as the fourth floor and we were given a room on the fifth, accessible via a spiral staircase. We are over 60 with luggage and struggled a little with that, no assistance offered. I filtered my search on elevator, maybe we missed the small print.
The room was pleasant but had skylights and sloping walls so being both tall this felt restrictive, including in the shower. No fridge, no kettle, water from the bathroom tap only, no water glass, just a paper cup each.
