The apartment has a washer and dryer next to the bathroom.
The Kitchen is fully furnished, it has a microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven, a coffee maker and a refrigerator. It has silverware, dishes and china in addition to a dinning set for two.
The living room has a leather living room recliners, a charming turkish rug in addition to a cable TV and internet.
The apartment is on the first floor and is located within a walking distance to subway station, minutes away from a large variety of restaurants and shopping centers in addition to a 24 hours Gym.
Few blocks away from tennis courts, a nice walk by the east river and the Verrazano Narrows Bridge. JFK is about half an hour away by car.
The apartment is perfect for professionals, interns in the VA hospital as well as other area hospitals.

This unit was roomy, clean and comfy. It had everything I needed all in working order. Bay Ridge was an excellent location to be as I transitioned into NY. A lovely place. I would reccomnend this unit to anyone. Book here!

I was moving from Miami to NYC, and stayed four months in this apartment. Highlights:
-- Having a supermarket on the same block, and the subway just two short blocks away was delightful.
-- The apartment is very well furnished and properly equipped for comfortable living. Laundry and dryer in the unit are a great convenience.
-- The owner was very helpful with various requests during my stay, and was always courteous and professional.
Worth the price, and recommended without reservation.
