I was there in late September and there were only 6 of us (from what I counted) having dinner in the restaurant, which was outstanding. No one was there. The place is absolutely amazing and beautiful. I was there on my touring bike as I was bicycle touring in Umbria. The sense of peace and quiet was unmatched in my travels. I would definitely go back.

Absolute perfect place to disconnect. The garden/pool area is a dream, and it’s located far away enough from the big city that you can enjoy the countryside but close enough that you’re 25-45min away from the most charming Umbrian towns. We’d like to share our kindest regards with Mika, the restaurant Manager, the Chef and the cleaning staff. They all seemed to work tirelessly throughout our stay, with nothing but warm smiles and beautiful service.
Room for improvement: We felt some of the customer communication was a bit condescending/didn’t match the overall positioning of the property, such as notes warning guests they’ll be charged for taking home complimentary products (meaning, simple body shower gel/lotion!) or for changing pool towels… Just minor rules or warnings that misalign with premium hospitality, meant for more mature audience.
