All perfect. Clean, modern, well equipped apartments.

It’s a lovely, family run and cozy place. Our stay deserves nothing less than a 5 star rating. It’s a place with a true Italian soul. We had a great stay over Christmas with little gifts for all the guest and even a visit from the Santa Clause. The owner looks after everything himself and truly puts a lot of effort into the place.

Staff not very friendly, beds were made the following morning but trash been was full. We were 3 ppl but only 2 towels. Noise until 11 pm.

Great, friendly hotel with chic and comfy rooms and lots of personalised touches. Fully recommend! Breakfast was very good - there was even a self-service boiled egg station!

Very nice hotel with big, comfortable and lovely decorated rooms, with all the facilities you need for a short ski break. Warm, cosy and with very helpful and friendly owners. Only few minutes by car from the ski resort Folgaria and Francolini lift were you can easily park the car. Rental shop on the bottom of Francolini has a ski and ski shoes deposit, cheap and convenient.

tutto bene la struttura pulita, confortevole e calda, la colazione bene soprattutto le torte tante, buone e probabilmente fatte in casa.

Soggiorno fantastico torneremo sicuramente !

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per la prima volta, l'atmosfera da "famiglia" e la cura per i dettagli e i particolari ci farà sicuramente tornare, il nostro appartamento era semplicemente fantastico ! la posizione è ideale per il relax e spostarsi, vivere Folgaria e i dintorni senza trovarsi nel caos serale o pomeridiano di auto o gente.

La struttura mi era già familiare, è stato come ritornare " a casa".

Affidabilità, esperienza dello staff, calore nell'accogliere il cliente e nel farlo sentire "a casa". Generosità nelle piccole attenzioni e nella preparazione della colazione dove veramente non mancava proprio nulla! Ambiente pulitissimo e intimo.

La gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale e della famiglia in particolare, pronti a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Il clima è molto accogliente, con sorrisi e cortesia sempre presenti. Il parcheggio coperto (da evitarsi per le vetture di grandi dimensioni per i ridotti spazi di manovra) è un must in caso di temporali improvvisi per evitare danni all'auto. Un'ottima colazione varia in una sala accogliente completano l'offerta. Ci torniamo ormai da qualche anno per la vicinanza al campo da golf molto apprezzato di Folgaria. San Sebastiano dista pochi chilometri.

Ambiente famigliare caldo e accogliente!

Entrambe le soluzioni prenotate erano confortevoli, pulite, fornite di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. La cucina era attrezzata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Apprezzabile il riscaldamneto differenziabile per tutti gli ambienti dell'appartamento. Parcheggio libero nelle ficinanze. Comodo e non troppo distante dalle piste di sci di fondo di Passo Coe. A 5 min da Folgaria. Piccolo market a 2 passi a piedi. L'appartamento é staccado dalla struttura principale (di fronte) ma per le nostre esigenze era perfetto. La camerra dobbia nella struttura era pulita, confortevole, ampio bagno e sufficientemente spaziosa.

Non abbiamo riscontrato problemi o mancanze.
