About this house rental
Our beach-front townhouse in the gated community of Palm Cay is located in New Providence, The Bahamas.
The community offers many amenities, restaurants, a marina, tennis courts, children's playground and pools.
The townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms and sleeps 6.
Our home is an end corner of 2,000 square feet on 2 floors offering several amenities that will make your stay more comfortable and pleasurable, including free Wi-Fi internet, full A/C, a 50" TV with cable and internet service, an outdoor BBQ grill, and most of all, a beautiful beach and turquoise waters to snorkel in just 3 steps down from the porch and right right next to the pool.
The ground floor is in travertine tiles while the 2-level has bamboo flooring.
After an amazing day on the breathtaking private beach, enjoy the luxury of the rain-head & body spray shower with 2 heads in the master bathroom.
The master has a king bed while the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a queen bed and 2 twin beds. Each room has plenty of storage and closet space. There are 2 balconies, one on the 1st floor with a 3 step stair that brings you right on the beach while second one is on the 2nd floor in the master bedroom, facing the beautiful turquoise waters of Palm Cay.
On the 1st level there is a powder room, the kitchen with top of the art appliances, the spacious living room features very comfortable sofas, beautiful European paintings and art works. The entertainment system includes a large flat screen television offering cable TV channels, internet, music.
Palm Cay has the best private beach on the island, with a Tiki bar and clubhouse. If you enjoy tennis, we have courts that can be booked and a children playground.
In the Palm Cay Marina there is a café that serves Starbucks coffee and is open for breakfast and lunch. The Palm Cay community is located on the Eastern side of the Island and only a short drive to Atlantis and downtown Nassau.
Our community is protected with a gated entrance and gated Marina. We have 24 hour security here so everyone feels safe and comfortable.
Fishing and boat tours can be booked at the Marina with the dock master.
In our clubhouse you can enjoy lovely meals and have cocktails at the TIKI bar with your feet in the sand.
On Thursday evenings there are free family movies and on Fridays there is live music and pizza at the clubhouse.

The home was more than we hoped for! We walked right out to the beach every day and the kids could walk next door to the pool. Plenty of outdoor seating and a restaurant less than a block away. We loved our time, and would definitely come back. Andrea was amazing!

Brilliant.
Great property. Amazing location. Super facilities in the property. The private Estate where the house is located, is nice and safe.
The beach front position of the house is amazing. Stunning views. We enjoyed the views, in rain and sunshine.
Really nice large outside decking. BBQ was a nice feature.
To use the Estate’s gym and main pool, you need to pay $99 per person for 3 days. I didn’t bother, and didn’t miss it! Do some press-ups, and swim in the sea/pool right next to the house!
If you meet Guy (another host and resident) say “hi” to him. He’s often in the beach with his son, is friends with the owner, and will strike up conversation. Don’t be shy, chat! It’s what we’re all here for! Lovely man, and knowledgeable about the island and area.

Stayed at the property for 11 days and was blown away by the views and location every morning when I woke up. Open the dining room doors and the beach is ten steps away. The pictures are what you get. I’ve been scammed before so was dubious in booking but wow. Just wow. Sorry to leave. Kitchen is well stocked with every gadget you could think off. Air con all round the house. Subbed, chairs, tables, canoes, snorkel gear you name it it’s there. Very clean and presented. I can’t help but give 5 stars about it all. Thank you for an amazing trip.

We are a family of 5 who stayed for 8 days in this immaculate home. The listing is just as described, but the view is indescribable. Everything was perfect. Our host was readily available and answered our questions. We rented a car and enjoyed sightseeing on the island. The grocery store is a quick drive. The on-site restaurant and cafe were wonderful. The pool is directly to right of the home and suited us perfectly. I would describe our family as seasoned travelers and this was the best experience yet. Thank you!
