era un appartamento quindi era tutto “autonomo” ed il necessario era al minimo, neanche un paio di forbici.
pulizie e ricambi biancheria senza date fisse, NON ogni 3/4 giorni, come detto,tende stracciate,prese elettriche senza il terzo foro(messa terra)campannello esterno porta non funzionante anche se x due volte chiesto intervento,mai aggiustato!accensione fuochi con indicazioni totalmente cancellate,cassaforte fuori uso(intervento seguente con assegnazione chiave old style)una applique vicino letto con vetro frantumato,numero reception raramente “raggiungibile”….attacco al muro del phon rotto,attacco doccia rotto,mancanza tappo nel lavandino bagno……
