Posizione comoda a due passi dal centro, colazione ho scelto di farla alla carta ed è stata buona

Al ricevimento non ho trovato un'accoglienza adeguata alla struttura, poco loquaci ed empatici

Aria viziata da quando entri nella hall. Le camere con moquette sono terribili. Odore non buono ai piani . E poi i motori esterni in funzione sempre che non consentono un riposo buono e soprattutto di notte non si possono aprire le finestre pur essendoci colline intorno.

posizione molto comoda e parcheggio ampio, Siamo arrivati tardi ma non è stato un problema ed abbiamo potuto fare colazione al bar dell'albergo coricando sulla stanza. Molto utile anche il piccolo frigo bar dove abbiamo riposto la ns bottiglie e pack di ghiaccio per l'indomani.

la dimensione della doccia, molto piccola, e il rumore molto forte dell'aria condizionata.

Hotel conveniente para platas cercanas

Ubicación tranquila y fácil aparcamiento. Disponen de una cafetería donde puedes desayunar lo que te apetezca sin verte obligado a un buffet cuando no desayunas tanto. El personal es muy amable y te facilitan indicaciones y sugerencias de gran ayuda.

Si se filtra con la opción piscina, aparece. El hotel no la tiene, es propiedad de un restaurante cercano y en el hotel desconocen hasta los precios de acceso, por cierto bastante caros.

Ho scelto la struttura perché sede di un evento congressuale al quale ho partecipato. Il personale è stato molto accogliente, non hanno avuto problemi ad ospitare i nostri due cagnolini ed anzi, ci hanno assegnato una stanza con un piccolo giardinetto esterno.

Direi che non ho riscontrato cose negative.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una junior suite ed era pulita e molto ampia. Letto comodo, un divano letto, poltrona e tavolino, tv con sky e bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio.

Bella la vasca idromassaggio, ma per fare la doccia non c'è l'attacco per la cipolla in alto.

We had a new suite in the new wing. It was very nice, but seemed to have a clinical feel with high ceilings and walls with no decor. They have beautiful grounds with nice hot tubs,

the hot tubs were only open from 10am to 5pm. That seems silly! We would have loved an evening soak after a day of touristic trudging. The staff seemed to always be more concerned about their computers than the clients standing in front of them.

There is free ample parking at the front of the hotel. Checking-in and out was fast. Rooms on the ground floor have their own semi-private garden seating area. The hotel decor is from the early 90s but it is very well maintained. The room was clean with a fairly standard setup and size. Hotel represents good value for money and it is convenient. The hotel does not offer breakfast as such, but you can still buy a cappuccino, warmed sandwich, and sweets.”

It is a shame that there was not even one table and chair in the lobby to eat breakfast. Everyone who is having breakfast is sitting on the sofa, putting their plates and laptops on the coffee table - not a very comfortable start to a day.

Staff are great. Room was old and needs renovating. Furniture very damaged. Dinner was fabulous. Excellent service. Breakfast was a zero sad to say.

Summer 2021

Nice pool, good food a la carte.

Very small and old rooms. At the reception, they don’t know how to welcome clients, we were to early, but we were very tired, they didn’t offer us the possibility to sit by the pool, we just had to leave and come back later. There were almost no clients, only people from Sarzana. The jacuzzi smelled very bad. There was something special , 6 cars were parked on the parking, but they stood alteady for a long time still. Last but not least, at once the last day, there was a pool dinner and party, excuse me, it was a night club around the pool, the music was so loud until 3 in the morning, again for people for Sarzana, and we when we came back from our dinner in town, we coudn’t park the car, the places were reserved for the poolparty people. A shame as we stayed there for one week with 4 persons!!!
