Excellent staff. They gave a warm welcome and were helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. A great location near to the Pantiles. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful.
The shower head needed a clean. The hotel is on a roundabout so there was road noise. You can also hear the music from the bar until 11pm, also this didnt bother us.

As soon as we arrived we were met by a lovely friendly young woman who checked us in, sadly cant remember her name. Room and breakfasts where great but most of all every staff member we came across where smiling, very attentive and couldn't do enough for us . Didn't quite know what to expect as it's a themed hotel but was pleasantly surprised

The location for this hotel was ideal . The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was of a high standard and the staff were very friendly.

The staff were fantastic! The room was clean and the facilities were great.
The heated towel rail in my bathroom would not turn off and I asked the staff to turn it off but they couldn't. I stayed during a heat wave so it was 35 degrees with a heated towel rail adding to it!
