Tenryu Ryokan

La ubicación y la relación calidad-precio. Atendidos por un señor mayor con la amabilidad estandar de Japón (a veces desearías poder saber si estás haciendo algo mal o que les moleste... para poder mejorar!) No tiene las instalaciones más modernas ni glamourosas, pero es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Habitación sencilla pero cómoda, tatami, cama occidental + dos futones. Bien. Sin lujos, pero bien.

No conseguí agua caliente en la ducha, me debió faltar algún botoncito crucial, sin duda... lo aprendí en alojamientos posteriores. No me importó, francamente, y si no seguro que el señor de la recepción nos hubiera echado una mano! No le molestamos porque era estancia relámpago de una noche

This was an easy to reach location from Hiroshima Station and it was a short walk to the bus/tram to get to all city highlights (Hiroshima Castle, Peace Park/Memorial, train to Miyajima). After falling in the river (mine and my son's shoes were soaking wet), the hosts took our shoes and used a dryer vacuum to dry out our shoes by the next morning without even asking. The owners speak only Japanese (I speak a little), but you can easily communicate through a translator app if needed. The owners are so kind and kept a wonderful, clean place. Our room had two futons and one western bed (three people). The overall size of the room was great. Private, in-room shower/tub, sink and toilet - small but expected this in Japan. Provided travel amenities, towels, tea/coffee/candy in-room, mirror, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Super clean!
