The rooms are very spacious, equpit and clean, the pool is lovely.

Not all staff but when checking in i found the male member of staff who was checking our group in abrupt, aggressive and rude. There was a large group of us booking in, unfortuanly due to family circumstances not all of our group were able to make the trip but we had a group of 10. We requested ground floors due to mobility and health issues with some of our party. Although we were updated they can not guarentee us ground floors will be available we booked this holiday 1 year in advance. When checking in we had 2 ground floor rooms i asked if possible did they have another ground floor room and explained my sister in law who has been put in the second floor has mobility issues, she cant faint without indication. The male was very abrupt and did not want to listen. We had children in our company who where scared of him. This was disappointing as we have stayed in this hotel and never had any issues. The staff are usually accommadating, helpful and friendly. It was upsetting to see. Also my neice requires powered medication and had this in her drinks cup when around the pool she was told she was not allowed the cup with the drink around the pool, i understand the hotel sells refreshments but felt they where quick to tell her no drinks allowed in that area. She did not explain what the drink was as she did not want to highlight her medical condition. And just removed her cup from the area. Its a shame as the hotel is nice but you could be in paradise but not with the right people can dampen your spark. The reception was only open from 8am - 12 afternoon we felt if we needed anything out the safe you had to dash down. My family have been coming to this hotel for years and recommended this however i was disappointed how we were spoken to on arrival. I feel theres other hotels within the area more accommadating and welcoming.

The staff are fantastic! The pool was great, so well maintained and clean. The bar and food menu had everything you would need. The food was really good and great value. The rooms were well serviced and very clean. It is very well ran and has a lovely atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this complex.

The only thing I can think of to write here is that the music at the pool area was a little repetitive but thankfully they were good sings so it didn’t bother us 🙈

The room was a bit old and could do with an upgrade but I see that hjappening around the hotel

Good location great selection on bar menu for both food and drinks. All members of staff are pleasant and friendly. Late flight home and the storage of bags and full use of facilities is a good bonus till it was time for taxi to airport.
