I had a mixed experience during my recent stay. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly helpful and professional. They were attentive to my requests and genuinely tried to assist throughout the check-in process.
However, I encountered significant issues with the room condition:
• Persistent Odor: Upon entering my first room, there was a very strong smell of cigarettes. I requested a move to a non-smoking room, but unfortunately, the second room provided also had a heavy cigarette odor.
• Dated Furniture & Carpet: The furniture throughout the room appeared quite old and worn. Most notably, the carpet was in poor condition, with several visible burn marks—clearly a result of previous smoking in the room.
It was disappointing to encounter these issues twice in a row, especially regarding the smoke smell in a non-smoking request. While I truly appreciate the team's helpfulness, the hotel would benefit greatly from updating the interiors and enforcing much stricter deep-cleaning protocols to ensure a fresh, well-maintained environment for guests.
