Highly recommended!

The hosts - Daniela, Luca and his brother - are the most nice, welcoming and friendly. The Chalet has an excellent location, it is very clean and cozy. Rooms are very comfortable and the view is just breathtaking. Also want to mention the delicious restaurant with a selection of local wines!

A small piece of heaven

Amazing scenery that fully compensates the forest road. I was lucky to receive a beautiful sight right from the balcony, thanks to our lovely hosts. The food was very good and decently priced. The surroundings are perfect for hiking, mountain biking or skiing, depending on the season and they also have a decent playground for children.

The room might not be enough for some, but I wasn’t planning on playing football inside anyway and the view from the balcony pays the difference.

Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room was not ready when we arrived (+ they had forgot our towels), even though we had stated what time we would arrive via booking.com. The last part of the road was very off-road and we would have liked to know this beforehand. The wifi was not working in our room and our room was very noisy. We heard a lot of noise from the kitchen staff and other hotel guest that would come home late at night. The room had no nightstands or night lights. Also there was one 2-person bed and one 1-person bed, which made the way to the bathroom very narrow. This was our most expensive stay during our 10-day holiday, yet the worst, which was very disasppointing.

Poor

It was impossible to get to the hotel by car, so we had to use the snow mobil (it was interesting and fun) and pay extra for that. Very small rooms, old beds and matrasses, not comfortable. A spider was making a net around my boyfriends head during the night. And the water in the shower was not very warm, also the water pressure in the tap was poor.

Della struttura mi é piaciuta la posizione in cui é locato, in mezzo alle piste e per chi é sciatore é il massimo. Il personale e lo staff veramente cordiali e gentilissimi. Il servizio slitta, un esperienza veramente bellissima. Il cibo buonissimo e sopratutto le crostate e le torte fatte in casa divine. La vista dalla camera unica con al mattino un panorama mozzafiato e la sera vedere i gatti delle nevi preparare le piste sotto la nostra stanza era incantevole. Il cane dei proprietari, che é stata l’attrazione più simpatica del soggiorno. Questo chalet merita veramente di essere vissuto e visitato.
