    Good room layout with two air conditioners. Great services and pleasant staff. Snacks were not much but drinks were sufficient.

    Overall was very good services, breakfast and lunch, room size. Spa was excellent. Air conditioning needs to run all the time as the temperature was high especially inside the bathroom.

    My mom and I had such a wonderful time here. It was raining on the day we arrived, so we couldn’t see much at first. But the second and third days were absolutely amazing — we woke up to a breathtaking view of clear blue water right below our balcony. I booked massages for all three days, and we felt completely relaxed. The owners were incredibly welcoming and introduced us to so many great things. The staff were friendly and seemed very well-trained. However, I wouldn’t recommend this place for those looking for a lively or party atmosphere. It’s perfect for anyone who wants a private, peaceful, and quiet retreat.

    Staff is lovely, breakfast was top notch. Location was Maret, not Lamai - not walkable to much. The room I booked (beachfront) was actually a second floor ocean view, but they upgraded me for the third night to the penthouse (third floor, ocean view) because the two actual beachfront rooms were booked. Seemed like a nice thing, but the penthouse room had an outdoor exposed shower and the bath was on the balcony. I sat on the floor in the shower so that the other guests and the fishermen in front of the hotel couldn't see me. Both rooms had a major ant problem and the first room had about six bugs (both alive and dead, babies and adults) in the bed when I pulled the covers back. No bedside lamps, so I used the flashlight provided in the room to make my way to the bathroom in the middle of the night. French press and tea in the room, but no coffee. Very odd... I had to ask for it from the lobby. Everyone was lovely and the service was great, bfast was wonderful as was the coffee I asked for. They made me a cake for my birthday (so nice!) and made me feel very special, but battling bugs and getting bumped from my booked room (despite the "upgrade") were misses for me. If they can address the issues, it would be fine to stay for a night or two.
