Amazing view from the balcony and beautiful lush green manicured garden. Massive swimming pool. Tasty breakfast and polite friendly staff but slow to response. The hotel is outdated but I can see they are working on it. Very spacious room.
No aircond and No mini fridge to keep our bottle water/juice cool and fresh. Berastagi is a cooler climate flower town between Mt Sinabung and Mt Sibayak.. Overall our family of 13 enjoyed the stay.
Not much. Just need updating the whole resort.

A beautiful building with the most amazing gardens & pool . The staff basically everywhere were excellent but the morning breakfast staff were the best of anywhere I’ve stayed .

The room was huge with verandah which is great
Breakfast also decent and delicious
View was amazing with pools and the weather was nice
Hair dryer with cold air
No water heater even during the stated period of time
Only one plug is usable where me and my friend had to share
