Don't bother, booked 3 rooms for 7 people. Not as booked, owner blamed booking.com

It had beds

1. No staff on site at all to deal with any issues that may arise 2. No facilities on site on day of arrival, bar and restaurant closed, no refreshment available at all, tea, coffee, water etc as advertised 3. No air con in the rooms as advertised and booked 4. No access to the Inter net from the wifi Spoke with the owner in the morning, he blamed booking.com and was absolutely unapologetic, nobody was on site to talk to when we arrived. The heat in the rooms was unbearable.

Good hotel, clean, comfy and it was all ours for the night that we stayed, definitely would go back

We arrived to find that we were the only ones in the hotel, which seemed a little strange but the guy explained that it was holiday season and everyone leaves at that time.. But the rooms were great, good a/c, nice enough breakfast, close to town (5 mins by car)

Convenient, clean, comfy stop on dash across Europe

Located out of town near an aerodrome. Felt a bit strange to be driving in this kind of area trying to find a hotel, but it was a proper hotel. Be aware, no 24 hour reception, and because we booked same day we weren't expected so getting access and check in was a bit stressful, but we got in eventually. Very clean room with a double and single bed. Air conditioning in the roo which was a godsend when it was 30 degrees outside. Separate shower and toilet rooms. Breakfast was very self service - no one around. Nice choice, but distinctly disappointing croissants. Restaurant was closed, but a good - if pricey - Italian within short walking distance. Plenty parking.

Room and facilities are good for a late afternoon arrival followed by an early morning departure on a road trip across Europe. If you don't want to eat Italian you are going to have to get in the car and drive to a restaurant.

Pleasant

The breakfast was very nicely presented. The front desk was very helpful and pleasant. He spoke French and German. We traveled with our puppy, there was no problem, and he didn't charge us for the pup. The breakfast was 9Euro or so.

We had two rooms. In both rooms The toilette was tiny and very high so that even an adult had problems putting feet down while using it. Also it was in a tiny tiny room, where you could barely fit in with your knees sitting down😖. The walls of the rooms were very ugly painted on concrete... for my taste... maybe more suitable taste for 65+ youngsters, no offense. Oh, the kids were not happy with the strength of the WIFI we had rooms 104, 105.

Very good

I was aware that there are two locations and I showed up at the downtown location where I thought that I had booked. I had actually booked the other location but the two hotels sorted it out so that I could stay at the downtown location. I was extremely grateful as I was traveling by bicycle and didn’t want to cycle out of town where there are fewer restaurants and amenities.

Oranje kamer

De locatie Ik wil er wel bij vermelden dat de kamer erg oranje was. En de lampen hielpen niet mee die waren namelijk rood.

We arriveerde bij het hotel en er was niemand aanwezig bij de front desk. Er lagen allemaal gevouwen A4tjes op de front desk. Daar lag ook mijn naam tussen. Dus na 15 min wachten hebben wij het papiertje gepakt met onze sleutel die erin zat. En pas de volgende ochtend hebben wij de meneer van het hotel gezien bij het uitchecken. O en het ontbijt was erg karig. Het bed kraakte en helaas had de kamer een hoog stofgehalte. Alsof de kamer al een tijd geleden was schoongemaakt. Ook zaten er nog opgedroogde plekken op de douche kraan en de douche zelf zat vast met een tyrap

L’emplacement idéal avec le grand parking. La convivialité des parties communes décorées avec goût (hall avec grand sapin en période de Noël, salles de repas très jolies et typiques)

Ménage moyennement fait à l’arrivée . Ne parlons pas du lendemain…! Chambre un peu moyenne pour un trois étoiles …

Das Frühstück war gut, die Ausstattung des Zimmers ebenso. Gegenüber des Hotels befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle für Leute, die ohne eigenes Fahrzeug anreisen. Die gegenüberliegende Pizzeria ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen.

Es gibt 2 Champ Alsace Hotels in Haguenau. Bei der Buchung ist immer das Stadthotel "aufgepoppt". Das war irritierend - die Buchung wurde für das außerhalb liegende Hotel Champ Alsace am Aeropuerto bestätigt !!!

gaan niet meer terug

ontbijt was wel goed

de bedden waren veel te klein als je langer dan 190cm bent is het een drama,je kan je benen niet strekken , ook werd de airco midden in de nacht uit gezet ,volgens de receptie omdat hij herrie maakte maar het was buiten 35 graden dus niet veel geslapen die nacht en dan geen compensatie, ook moesten we vragen om nieuwe handdoeken bij deze warmte ga je iedere dag douchen,maar na vragen mochten wij die uit een Andre kamer halen.
