Mi è piaciuto direi tutto, dall'accoglienza e disponibilità delle gentilissime sig.re alla reception sempre disponibili ad aiutare e coccolare gli ospiti, alla posizione del residence a due passo dal mare e l'appartamento ovviamente, arredato moderno e molto pulito con tutti i comfort.
Unica pecca è la non insonorizzazione della porta di accesso all'appartamento.

The property is well located near to shops, restaurants and the beach. Our apartment was spacious and well equipped with hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, plates, pots etc. It was very clean, beds were comfortable and there were 2 spacious balconies. We were given a card to access a barrier controlled car park which was just a few minutes walk away. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we had a wonderful holiday here. We preferred it to the two hotels we had stayed at in previous years. We would return without hesitation.

The residence is close to the beach and has a private stretch that offers a discount for sunbeds to those staying at the property. There is a private parking with video surveillance and in theory also a guardian. We got a card for the parking entrance for the entire stay.
The apartment was clean and had all what we needed
There was a pretty strong floor cleaner smell in the room, we got used with it in a while.
There was no soap in the bathroom in our apartment.
Our friends apartment had a Lavazza coffee machine with capsule, we didn't, so we had to go to them for a coffee. I don't know why the difference.
When we left, we were asked to pay the city tax. We paid the tax, and then I saw that it is included in the room price, according to booking. So I don't know if the mistake is done by booking.com, or by Perla.
