Astonishing view and cozy place!
The villa is cute and very nice! The view is INCREDIBLE in the winter 🤩 You have everything you need around there as well.
There is no shampoo, soap, etc.
It’s written we are responsible for throwing the trash before leaving but there is no trash bins around the house. And this is very bad when you are carrying your luggages. Except that cleaning is already included on the price we pay. We should not be responsible for it.

Avoid this apartments
Location of the apartment/house is by the Carosel 3000 , easy access and bus just outside the house.
The apartment is very outdated and poorly maintained. The beds were extremely uncomfortable; the mattresses are old and worn out, and the springs can be felt. The pillows were also uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest properly. The bed linen and towels were very old, stained, and some were even sewn, which is unacceptable considering the price we paid.
The living room is extremely small, with a sofa that is old, dirty, broken, and unpleasant to use. The dining table is cramped, and the kitchen equipment is outdated — the electric kettle was so old it took a very long time to boil water.
The bathroom was one of the biggest issues.You cannot wash properly as no pressure at all to the shower, the water was very hot or very cold,mixer didn't work, difficult if you stay with children. The shower is unbelievably small; anyone with a larger build would struggle to fit. The toilet leaked constantly throughout our stay, which was very inconvenient, especially since towels are not changed during a 7-day stay. As a result, the bathroom floor was always wet, soaking our socks and making it difficult to walk around without getting dirty. There was visible mould in the bathroom, causing a damp smell that was particularly problematic for my asthma, especially in temperatures of -20°C.
Additionally, the floors were freezing, so indoor shoes are absolutely necessary. Many cupboards were broken, and we were afraid to use them in case they broke further.
For the price we paid, we expected at least a clean, well-maintained apartment with clean floors and fresh towels. Unfortunately, this accommodation did not meet basic standards. We stayed at Casa Elsa and would strongly advise caution when booking. If you are looking for decent accommodation, this apartment is below average and not recommended.

Quite location i suppose as it is outside of the centre.
The property was nothing like on the photos and it was not in the centre as it said on booking. The reception to pick up the keys is in the center. It is an agency and have several apartments, this one i booked probably the worst.. and on the photos mainly they must be the other apartments.My friends stayed in the center in a much nicer apartment and paid the same as me, staying in an apartment outside of the centre, at the end of the town. The ski lift where my son's race was at least was only 15-20min. walk. I did not ski, so i did not have to carry my skies... but the town centre was at least a 30min walk. On booking they put as address the hotel reception where you pick up the keys, so I thought I am booking apartment close to my friends, in fact it was not... they had to take me by car back to my apartment every evening... from the centre. There was no wifi code provided either...

Very dark, weird smell (damp?), quite a depressing vibe. Low quality beds, bedding, one thin pillow each. Very basic, dated and not as pictures had led me to believe upon booking.

Very good apartment, well equipped. Kitchen with all utensils and cutlery, glasses/cups. Clean flat, very roomy and warm, close to center. Supermarket nearby (we stayed at Il Giglio in Via Rasia 285).
The beds were comfortable enough but the pillows were very thin and not comfy at all.
Also the bed shits were clean but quite worn out.

We booked a studio for holidays through the app,we received confirmation photos, which clearly show a kitchen with a sofa, a bedroom with a large bed (A large bed for two was also indicated in the description and a small bathroom, heating that can be regulated ,Wi-Fi. Upon arrival, it turned out that we got only the kitchen and bathroom ,with sofa in the kitchen, on which we have to sleep ,which also creaked and had a hole in the middle, was very uncomfortable , no bedroom,no bed. We couldn’t regulate the hitting, it was very cold at night and this for more than 220+ euros per night. We asked for another apartments for us. They agreed with an additional payment from us.
We had to move out with all our things by 9 in the morning and move into the other apartments only after 3 o'clock in the afternoon, despite the fact that it is their fault, as it turns out they lied to us by sending untrue photos and descriptions. We had to pay extra for the new apartments, the hotel and its employees not very interested in making people satisfied .
This time we got a nice apartment with a comfortable bed , but it was so noisy there that you could hear every step and every word of people behind the wall and above you, the floor creaked as if someone was walking not behind the wall but on our floor. There was also mold in the corner of the bedroom. Very bad Wi-Fi, which most of the time did not work at all. Netflix didn’t work as well. On the last night, people behind the wall made a lot of noise until half past two in the morning, we couldn't sleep, it was very noisy, we left in the morning tired and sleepless. Also, you yourself have to take out the garbage that needs to be divided, but for which there are no containers outside, so we looked for garbages around the city. Also you have to unmake your bed .Things that saved our holidays was beautiful nature around and we had a good time skiing.

Position of the hous eis in quet area.
We did not get the room which was presented on booking site. Pictures of the Astra appartments were misleading us to choose this property, the reality is completely different. the apartment is from 70's with the furniture from that period. sofa in living room was so unconfortable, position of TV is unbeleiable, refrigerator motor has a sound of bels when it stops cooling, that sound was awakening us many times during the night. Pilow was so thin, with no spear or additional and I am sorry I do not have photos of linnen, it is hard to describe it how poor it was. Towels - terrible (thin and old, very old). Light swithch in batrhroom is inside the bath!!! never seen this in my life.

I had to drive to the other side of town to collect the keys - there was nowhere to park for keys collection and the check in process was long - not what you need after very long travel.
The apartment was missing clothes hooks or hangers to the level that there was nowhere to dry towels.
