I like camponile and will use again :-)

Clean comfortable room on the ground floor. Direct access to parking. Staff friendly.

Staff friendly but longer wait than usual to check in and get two glasses of wine took 30 minutes. Only 1 person serving food, checking in and taking payments. After a long day I would have preferred this process to be quicker. But understand she was doing her best.

Was ideal location for restaurant shops and bus and train stations

The hotel was a building site ship containers in car park scaffolding on hotel which they should of told us before booking. The room smelt of fresh pain really bad had to leave window open couldn't put outside blind up due to broken handle inside hotel receptions little bit rude because we couldn't speak french fluently

Nothing..this hotel was awful and we will be requesting our money back.

Rooms not ready well past check-in time. Rude staff. Our clients forced to make their own beds. No service in the bar. A disgrace.

Lady on reception was helpful, but could only help in french. Drinks facilities in room, Bed was comfortable. Shower was good.

Property is getting a little tired and could do with a spruce up. Room had a slight smokey smell about it.

Great location and staff helpful. Room is basic but very comfortable. Nice wardrobe, unpacking suitcase for five nights makes all the difference.

A chair would be nice, writing reports from the bedside cabinet got tiring after a few hours.

this hotel does what Campanile does best, a good outdoor parking area available for large vehicles, basic rooms, with a shower and a bed, and a restaurant serving basic, but wholesome food.

Location.

Hotel is generally run down. Broken window at restaurant, up lighters have cobwebs going to ceiling in restaurant. Room needs new toilet seat, new door, new sink (cracked) and new shower screen. Carpet is stained & burned in areas - temporary heater had only one leg - fire hazard.

It was clean in the sense there was no mould in the bathrooms etc

we tried 3 rooms before I got fed up and just accepted the last one because I couldn’t be bothered with moving any more. The reason for moving was because they all smelt heavily of cigarettes. when we left our clothes smelt of smoke from just sleeping the bed.

The bed was quite comfortable. The possibility of making yourself a coffee or tea in the room is much appreciated.

The room needed aeration. There were bad smells. The carpet was in bad shape with accumulated dirt. The access stairs were also very dirty.

Charming, friendly staff. Private parking.

Wifi didn't work. Heating didn't work and the electric radiator provided instead sparked each time it turned itself off, which seems unsafe. Paint in bathroom coming away from the ceiling quite badly.

Jamais vu autant de crasse en un si petit espace.

Chambre extrêmement sale, le lit n’est pas double mais deux lit 1place collés, toilettes d’une crasse jamais vue, de la poussière partout, des toiles d’araignées, des traces dont on ne saurait dire ce que c’est.. on n’a même pas osés prendre une douche, le minimum d’hygiène n’y est pas, les draps étaient sales également! Aucun compliment à faire sur l’hôtel, même l’extérieur est en travaux avec des bennes sur le parking. Hôtel à fuir !!!
