The peaceful location, stunning buildings and the restaurants food.
Nothing big but several small things grated after a long days travel.
As an example, the absence of milk and ceramic cups or mugs to drink from in our room.
Tea and coffee were provided, but only paper cups of espresso size to drink from. We asked for milk on day one and this was provided, along with ceramic cups, but the cups were taken away during the next day.

Peaceful location
Large room and bed and all spotlessly clean
House keeping excellent
Breakfast buffet excellent choice
Breakfast service was lacking . Not enough staff to cope with the busy weekend which left it feeling chaotic and tables around us uncleared
Also a very slow bar service . Not attentive service for drinks on the terrace for pre dinner drinks

Location set in a large park like area. Room size
Staff clearly not there to provide any kind of service. Bar unattended, Restaurant staff in general clearly not there to serve or clear tables already finished. Room offered some 400 metres down an incline from reception and although accompanied by a male receptionist , left to carry the heaviest case up the external stairs to the room - all though a relatively fit late 70's in age quite a struggle, and no offer of further assistance to get back to either reception or the restaurant. The only hotel I've ever stayed in where I had to use my car to get either a drink or eat at the restaurant
